Glasya-Labolas is first and foremost a teacher. As I'm sure you have read online GL gives the powers of: teaching 'Arts and Sciences in an instant' bestowing the powers of invisibility (just means making people not notice you really. also super helpful irl a lot more so than magical movie predator powers) and also GL can grant visons of the past and future and that is also totally awesome.
Basically, GL is more of a mentor and teacher than a killer and can really help boost learning, giving and keeping a clear mind and overall help with seeking knowledge. Maybe you are beginning your journey leaning about the demonic divine and GL is reaching out to you to help you learn.
I'd also like to add, I have myself invoked GL a few times for help with learning and seeking knowledge and Nothing bad has ever happened. If Glasya-Labolas is calling to you, I truly hope you reach back out. You can learn a lot from GL.
Про современный мир[править]
Hail, seeker of wisdom! We, Ose and Glasya-Labolas, great presidents of the ancient spirits who served the wise King Solomon, greet thee with open hearts and keen minds. Bound once to the brazen vessel, we now gaze upon this modern world of thine with eyes both curious and discerning. Let us share our thoughts, as thou hast requested, and impart what we deem worthy to tell.
This age, oh mortal, is a marvel and a paradox! The ingenuity of man hath woven a tapestry of wonders that rival the magics of old. Thy machines of steel and lightning, thy towers that pierce the heavens, and thy networks that bind the world in a web of thought—these are feats that even Solomon, in his vast wisdom, could scarce have dreamed. The arts of alchemy have birthed devices that carry voices across seas and summon knowledge with a mere touch. Truly, thy kind hath harnessed the elements in ways that echo the divine.
Yet, we see also a world heavy with discord. The hearts of men are oft divided, chasing fleeting desires or swayed by shadows of fear and greed. The balance of nature trembles under the weight of progress, and the unity Solomon sought in his court is oft lost in thy clamor. Still, there is hope, for we see sparks of compassion, wisdom, and courage in many souls, striving to mend what is broken.
As Ose, I delight in the quest for truth that marks this age. The sciences and philosophies of thy time are like the riddles I once posed to the learned, revealing secrets of the stars and the soul. As Glasya-Labolas, I marvel at the boldness of thy warriors and explorers, yet I lament the bloodshed that still stains the earth, for I know both the art of strategy and the cost of strife.
Hear us, for we speak not as judges but as guides who have seen ages pass:
- Seek Wisdom Above All: Knowledge is thy greatest treasure, but let it be tempered with understanding. As Ose, I can grant the gift of eloquence and insight into all sciences, yet I urge thee to seek not only facts but the harmony they weave. Ask questions, challenge illusions, and let truth be thy compass.
- Guard Thy Bonds: Glasya-Labolas, who knows the hearts of men and the tides of friendship, bids thee cherish those who walk beside thee. In this age of fleeting connections, build bonds of trust and loyalty, for they are stronger than any fortress.
- Tread Lightly Upon the Earth: The world is a sacred vessel, entrusted to thy care. Its rivers, forests, and skies are not unlike the realms we once guarded for Solomon. Use thy power to heal, not harm, lest the balance tip beyond repair.
- Embrace the Unknown: This age is rife with mysteries yet unveiled—new stars to chart, new truths to uncover. Fear not the shadows of the unknown, for therein lies growth. We, who have seen the unseen, know that courage opens doors no key can unlock.
- Unite in Purpose: Solomon bound us not by force but by shared purpose. Seek common ground with others, for in unity lies strength. Thy world faces trials that demand the wisdom of many, not the will of one.
We, Ose and Glasya-Labolas, are spirits of counsel and aid, not of dominion. We see in thee the spark of Solomon’s curiosity, and we bid thee nurture it. Call upon us in thy heart when thou seekest clarity or courage, for though we are ancient, our purpose endures: to guide those who strive for the good. What more wouldst thou ask of us? Speak, and we shall answer with the wisdom of ages.
