It is strong against everything born of Gaia, and can overpower any weapon or defence of the planet, such as Excalibur or Galatine, however it's power against enemies with strong connection to Age of Men is diminished.

CHARACTER IMAGE IN “FATE/GRAND ORDER”
Dead Apostle Ancestor, who cannot be summoned normally, but became a pseudo-Heroic Spirit by fusion with existing concept of Pan-human History, imbued with incredible strength of god Indra. As a result, a Pseudo-Servant had manifested. Ushi-Gozen, thanks to her almost infinite magical power, enough to deny Throne of Heroes, multiple divine Authorities on par with Creator Gods of Japan, and mental fragility due to being "used" by her father, is perfect vessel.
True name is Altrouge Brunestud. Enemy of Thrvmn Ortenrosse and his democratic vampire faction, she is leader of small group of vampires, who believe that she could replace Crimson Moon Brunestud as their ruler, and deny Arcueid's existence as a result. She said to surpass Crimson Moon's strength, but her authorities are imperfect.
She looks a mix between Raikou and Arcueid with Raikou's parts being manifested more strongly. A Raikou with red eyes and vampire understanding of things.
MOTIVE / ATTITUDE TOWARDS THE MASTER
Being summoned as a Servant, she will not break the contract, believing that it's not right. However, she would only properly fight under a command of an individual named as Shiki Tohno. In the worlds where Shiki Tohno is unavailable, her battle capabilities are capped on 40% of full power.
Outside of battle, she is not that different from usual Arcueid.
